This week we have been working on an authors choice of words through their tone to depict the mood of a story. What is the mood of your book? Don't forget your books title and a justification about how the author is setting that mood.
What is one thing you have tried to persuade your parents about? What was a point you were making in your argument? What was a counter argument from your parents?
When I was younger I really wanted a Barbie Jeep. One way I tried to convince my parents to get me one was by telling them it was safer then a bike, because you can fall off a bicycle. My parents didn't want me to have one because they were worried I would take off down the road and not come back. I never did get that Barbie Jeep, however Brayden and Ryan each have their own battery powered vehicles. Oddly enough, they were presents from my parents! What point of view is your current fiction book written from? Provide evidence that proves your point of view. Also include your book title, as well as correct capitalization and punctuation!
